General terms of use for the Bed&BikeItalia portal. Please read them carefully before using the site.


1. Acceptance of the Terms

L'utilizzo del sito www.bedandbikeitalia.it (di seguito "il Sito") implica l'accettazione integrale dei presenti Termini di Servizio. Se non si accettano tali condizioni, si prega di non utilizzare il Sito.


2. Description of the Service

Bed&BikeItalia is a portal dedicated to slow cycle tourism that connects cyclists and travellers with certified accommodation across the whole of Italy. The Site offers:

  • A directory and search facility for affiliated, certified accommodation.
  • Information on cycle touring itineraries and cycle routes.
  • A direct contact service with the properties.
  • Informative and editorial content on cycle tourism.


3. Use of the Site

Users undertake to use the Site in compliance with the law and these terms. The following is expressly prohibited:

  • Using the Site for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of third parties.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the IT systems of the Site or of affiliated properties.
  • Publishing or transmitting content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene or otherwise unlawful.
  • Carrying out scraping, crawling or automated data collection without prior written consent.


4. Affiliated Accommodation

The information about the accommodation listed on the Site is provided by the properties themselves. Bed&BikeItalia strives to verify the accuracy of the information published, but cannot guarantee that content is complete or constantly up to date. For up-to-date information on availability and prices, please contact the property directly.


5. Bookings

Bookings made through the Site or via Bed&BikeItalia's OTA system are governed by the specific terms of each individual property. Bed&BikeItalia is not a party to the accommodation contract entered into between the traveller and the property, and accepts no liability for any disputes arising from the contractual relationship between the parties.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, graphics and software — is the property of Bed&BikeItalia or licensed from its respective owners. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.


7. Limitation of Liability

Bed&BikeItalia shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, from service interruptions, from errors or omissions in the content, or from damage caused by computer viruses.


8. Changes to the Terms

Bed&BikeItalia reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, except where otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection law.
